Chili recipe with just a little heat and lots of flavor. We keep hot sauce on hand for kicking it up in individual bowls as needed for taste of the person consuming it. This Chili has beans in it, which to many people that enjoy chili is a violation of the definition for chili. This recipe is a modification of the chili recipe I got from my manager in the late 1980s.

5 lbs Ground turkey (or low fat ground beef)
2 cups Green bell peppers (About 2 large)

 14.50 oz Chopped tomatoes
15.50 oz Light red kidney beans (drained)
 2 tsp Minced garlic
